AI Future Clarity is operated by PathwiseAI LLC. We provide AI-powered career guidance reports for parents of school-age children. Our service is accessible at aifutureclarity.com and via our Typeform quiz.

What Data We Collect
When you complete our quiz, we collect the following information:
- Your email address — used to deliver your reports
- Your child's first name — used to personalise your report
- Your quiz responses — used solely to generate your AI Career Snapshot and Roadmap
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
We do not collect government identification, financial records, medical information, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Generating your personalised AI Career Snapshot and Roadmap reports
- Delivering those reports to your email address
- Processing your payment via Stripe
- Responding to support or refund requests you initiate
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. Your child's information is used only to generate your report and for no other purpose.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each provider processes your data only as necessary to perform their specific function:
- A secure form provider — collects your quiz responses
- A secure cloud database provider — stores your submission data with encryption at rest and in transit
- An AI content generation provider — generates your personalised report content
- A transactional email provider — delivers your reports to your inbox
- A payment processor — handles payments securely; we do not store your card details
None of these providers are authorised to use your data for their own marketing or to share it with other parties. All providers are bound by their own privacy and data protection obligations.
Data About Children
Our service is designed for parents. We collect only a child's first name and the quiz responses you provide about them. We do not collect data directly from children, and we do not knowingly interact with anyone under 18 directly.
All data about your child is provided by you as their parent or guardian, and is used solely to generate the report you have requested.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your submission data for as long as necessary to deliver your reports and handle any support requests. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our systems within 14 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent for us to process your data

Data Security
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised systems only. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
Cookies
Our landing page does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Typeform and Stripe may set functional cookies necessary for their services to operate. We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioural tracking tools.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
